Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at MRDpro. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume periods or promotional events. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times We offer domestic shipping within Vietnam and international cross-border shipping to major regions, including the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

  • Vietnam (Domestic): 2–5 business days (Calculated at checkout / Free for eligible orders)

  • Southeast Asia: 5–15 business days (Calculated at checkout based on weight)

  • United States & Europe: 15–30 business days (Calculated at checkout based on destination)

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders shipped outside of Vietnam:

  • MRDpro is not responsible for any customs clearance delays, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • If a package is returned to us due to a refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and updated within 2–7 days of shipment.

5. Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues MRDpro partners with reliable international and domestic carriers, but transit issues can occasionally happen.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at lvankd071201@gmail.com with photo proof so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

  • We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
